Zip-Line in Gush Etzyon

Return to Jerusalem to prepare for Shabbat
Evening Service at the Kotel followed by Dinner in the old city followed by a walking tour of Meah Shearim, a living replica of an Eastern European shtetl
Day 7: Shabbat, December 31
Services at the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem
Lunch at the Hotel followed by a walking tour of the old city
Followed by a musical havdallah in the old city
Day 8: Sunday, January 1
A tour of one of Israel’s Desalination plants
Israel boasts some of the world’s largest and most economical desalination plants that will very soon supply ¾ of Israel’s drinking water!
Visit Israel's unique Deaf Museum
Visit the Independence museum in Tel Aviv
Farewell Dinner at the El Gaucho Restaurant in Ramat Gan
Return to Jerusalem to pack

Transfer to Ben Gurion for the 10:15 AM flight
